Refund Policy

Please note that because of the nature of this site, it is not normally possible to cancel or refund the cost of delivered premium content. Once purchased, premium content is available to you on an ongoing basis for as long as you maintain an account with us.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service, then, upon receiving an email from you stating why you are dissatisfied, Golfing Limited will consider a refund.

Account credits

Where an account is in credit, upon receiving an email request from you we will refund up to the amount in credit. Refunds of account credits will only be issued by cheque to the named account holder at the address specified in the My Profile section and may take up to 14 days to complete.
