Every shot in golf involves two forms of balance:

Still Balance — your address and posture position before the swing begins.
Balance in Motion — the movement of your golf swing.

Your setup creates the foundation for the swing to perform from. Without the correct address and posture for the shot, club, and lie, compensation occurs — reducing consistency and performance.

Think of the clubface like the roof of a house:

A strong roof can only be built from a solid foundation.

That’s why creating the correct setup position always comes before focusing on any swing motion.
